About

Built for the buyer, not the seller.

Gharoba is the honest second opinion before you buy a home — it reads the public government record and tells you plainly what a builder's marketing won't.

Pravin Pol
Founder, Gharoba

I'm Pravin Pol, the founder of Gharoba and a senior enterprise-technology leader. I built Gharoba to fix a problem I kept seeing: buying a home is the largest financial decision most families ever make, yet almost all the information they rely on is produced by the people trying to sell to them. Gharoba's purpose is simple — give every buyer an independent, evidence-based view drawn straight from the public government record, so the decision stays theirs to make with clear eyes.

Why I built it

Every listing portal is paid by builders and brokers to make a project look good. Delays, complaints, court cases and cancelled registrations are quietly kept out of sight. Yet MahaRERA already publishes all of this in the public interest — it just sits in scattered, technical pages an ordinary buyer can't read or compare. The transparency exists; the understanding does not. Gharoba turns that public record into a plain, honest verdict, for free, and takes no money from any builder to rank, promote or hide anything.

What Gharoba is

What Gharoba is not

Not a broker, not a listing site, not paid by builders, and not against the real-estate industry. It's a neutral transparency layer that helps honest builders stand out and helps every buyer decide wisely. It is not affiliated with any government body and provides decision-support only — not legal or financial advice.

Where it's going

Gharoba is built first for Maharashtra and designed to scale to every state's RERA record as the company, RealEast Technology Pvt Ltd (incorporation in progress), grows.
